Hello rly_gud_player,
After having multiple other staff members review your YouTube video, we all agree that it is too difficult to tell whether or not he was using kill aura due to your high FOV settings. When recording someone hacking as evidence, PLEASE have all of your settings, especially your FOV settings, on normal so it will be easier to make out whether or not the person you are reporting is really hacking. Because it is too difficult for us to tell whether or not this person is using a client, we cannot assume he was hacking and therefore will not take any further actions against him. If you see him hacking again, please make sure your FOV settings are normal before you record. Until then, I will be locking this topic and no there will be no prosecutions given. Thank you for reporting.
