abuse of privelages? willbob2003?

im not entirely sure if this is correct, or if I have my facts right, but willbob2003, I believe, was abusing his privileges as watcher, giving random people warnings for no reason. I got 1 screenshot of him doing so, but he gave the same person 2 or 3 warnings for accidentally killing his horses.

Thanks for the report, Ill begin conducting an investigation. As part of becoming a watcher, applicants are required to act in accordance with our staff manual.
