He said to my best friend, and I'm telling you the EXACT words that he said "If you dare type one more symbol, I'm gonna mute you!" and then he muted my friend for a half an hour, and then when the timer got to one minute, he set it to fifty minutes!!

Fluffy, first of all, I said "next person who spams symbols will get muted." So I was talking about everyone in general, not just your friend. It was afterwards he disregarded my warning and spammed symbols so I muted him for 30 minutes following his 15 minute mute. Second, I never muted him for 50 minutes on top of that. If you look in his offense history, his last offence was his 30 minute mute. I will let higher staff look at this but I can guarantee you that you are wasting your time with this thread.
