Villager Spawner Caused Lag!

Hello Everyone!
I Have Noticed a Huge lag on the server until some people found out about whats going on and told me about it there have been someone (Im not really sure who did it, But Black and I are trying to find out) spawned tons of villager on the arena i dont know if this caused the lag but i crashed when i went to see whats going on!
