I believe you meant wither blast is either on or not.

Me and EnderTheGreat has already tested if the blast, and it is off. This make faction less threaten with wither raids. However they still able to damage you!

The blast is off but the damage is still enabled!

Withers have been completely disabled last time I was told, sorry for the inconvenience.
