Thor would easily loose. Superman has huge amounts of force, and also capable reading mind, countering every moves from Thor.

Thor can die (not by sickness or oldness, following the northern mytology) by a sword in his heart whilst superman is overpowered with one weakness, kryptonite.
The only advantage Thor has is the thousands of years of experience.

Actually, Marvel would win. Superman isnt that good, he has a weakness of kryptonite, Batman defeated by Avengers and etc 8)
