Ditto is incorrect, because if it uses transform, then it will be able to learn any move. see?

Technically ditto copies moves but never learns them. If you want to do it that way then here is the correct answers:
1: mewtwo/rayquaza
2: sunkern
3: unown
The pokemon unknown can only know hidden power, and comes in a variety of forms/letters.
