The only thing Ive seen similar to this is a chunk in creative loading as a normal chunk for a second

There are biomes forming multiple ones in some plots there is this huge spot do dark grass the type you see in a swamp across multiple plots but not covering any of em completely its even in the shape a normal biome would be
