Livie18 was a watcher at one time and cookie_tiff was the old Manager.

Yes they were former staff members. Cookie_tiff was a well known manager asides Karow. She was later demoted due to confidential reasons. Im not sure too much about livie, but she mustve had a staff position at some point in time (as stated by retro).

Livie18 was staff and my sister and cookie was a staff for a long time.

because on staff applications they were the ones to accept them, so i assumed they were staff
