1st Pic Looks Like A Yamask 
Second Pic Looks Alot Like The Joker From Batman. 
It Doesnt Seem Scary, Really. Trust Me Ive Watched My Sisters Play Silent Hill (3 or 2 idk) Its Way Scarier ^-^

Try "When They Cry" or "Another" uncensored, now those really made my tummy turn.
(Warning horror, blood and gore^ The first anime has a lot of intense torture scenes while another has some very gross final destination-esk deaths.)
