Recently, OuterHaven and Reborn have been lacking challenge. Idk if skander_phk and brandonr9101998 have gone for good, but since they have left OuterHaven and reborn need a challenge. So, negotiate with factions here, and make a powerful faction. Merge, ally, or whatever XD
Maybe, in my mind, lukevillani and robocaos should merge, to created a super-fac, with lots of members. (When I say super-fac, i mean they will be good but still crushed by Outer and Reborn XD)
