How do you get faction power and power. Or are they the same thing but faction is the faction members power all together. How do u get power.

Faction power and personal power are not the same.
Personal power is the amount of power that you, as a player, have. You will always have personal power and it will range from -10 to 10. If you die, either by mobs or people, you will lose power. Being online will restore your power slowly.
Faction power is a little bit more complicated and is affected by your personal power. Your faction power is shown like this #/# where the first number is your current power and the second number is your max power. Current power changes according to the players in your faction and how much personal power they have. Max power is only changed by how many players are in your faction.
