When you are a Staff (Watcher) do you have to use team speak I am not allowed to go on it , But i am mature enough and want to do an application?

Staff are required to have access to a program in which we can contact you immediately in case something goes wrong.
Skype is our primary form of communication, although teamspeak can be used we arent normally on it. If you have access to the chat within skype, you do not have to talk to us, its just an easier way to contact you.
So if you download a skype app on your ipod/phone/computer as long as you have access to our chat and communicate regularly with us through text. You should be fine, that is the minimum.
