Cubebuilders Connection Issue

I am not sure if this should go in "General" Or "Report A Bug" So bare with me.

There was an issue I was enduring with Cubebuilders, because I couldn't connect. I began trying different updates, and None (Not even the one that it said on the website) Was working.

If this happened to you, here is how I fixed the issue, it may not be exactly the same, though.

So I finally checked my Virus Software, VIPRE.

I went into Firewall Protection, and Turned off the setting that said something along the lines of: "Internet Traffic will be blocked with an "Exception" Message."

Also another possible reason this could be happening is Window's 10. One of my Friend's Siblings had this issue but it eventually smoothed out.

Yeah, WIN 10 I'm not a fan of, all those apps on the start menu take up memory and sometimes the start menu even glitches and activates on its own kicking me from full screen.
I might get windows 7 back soon..
