You can still craft and use potions in survival. The same goes for chests. However, make sure to use them before switching back to creative because they will disappear from your inventory if they are still there. The reason why this was implemented was to prevent bug abuse or hacked potions. Hope this helped!

That happened to me when I was testing the plugin. I created it, dropped it, switched to survival and picked it back up and it stayed in my inventory. You can get it out by disconnecting and reconnecting.

I tried doing that and it wouldnt work. Itll just say that chests arent allowed in creative mode when you try to drop them.
the command /ptime @day will permanently fix your time to day in minecraft. So if you dislike the night and day being automatic and dislike the nighttime, day is still perm with that command, it resets once you leave creative or log out.

Or if you do /ptime @12pm or /ptime @6000 it will put it permanently at the brightest time of day because when you type "day" in there thats morning so it will still be a bit dark. Found this out myself, your welcome! :D
