He cant DDoS, he doesnt know how to. Hes probably a 7 year old kid who knows how to throw verbal threats at the server. DDoS requires a huge group of people to participate, either that or he needs to have his own botnet to instruct computers under his control to participate, which he probably doesnt have.
I have still permanently banned him anyways for threatening to DDoS and for spamming the chat.
