I wish there was a secret police....
They would spy on people for a certain amount of money.
Like who would they work for... Maybe Outer and other large factions?
How about your faction has to be certified by OuterHaven before you can hire the secret police.
I got this from my favourite song ;D "We are the secret police, a national security force, day and night we will keep our watch on you!"
