There is no need to add a grinder at factions AT ALL.
Thats the point of factions, you need to work hard to earn different kinds of spawners (Pig spawner, Cow spawner, etc.) to make yourself or your faction a grinder! And thats why we have spawners for sale at /cubetokens! Hopefully that helps!
