Local chat for Personal Spaces

Hello!
I have an idea. I think it'd be nice if people had the option to change a chat setting so that they could talk but no-one else except the people in the world they're in can hear it. This would make roleplay easier. It would also be nice for the option to 'mute' global chat and only hear local chat. I hope you like this idea.
