This is just a thought: Maybe we can have a one rank be for Watchers/Helpers who havent taken the SME yet and another for those who have.

Id say watcher because there are tons of servers who use helpers, if we have the rank watcher its kind of unique to CubeBuilders :)

I think Helper describes the staff position better because thats really what we do, we help other players. If we were watchers, we would just watch players and let them break rules. Helpers would take action and solve the problem.

Id say go back to Helper because a lot of players arent familiar with CubeBuilders, and Helper is commonly used. So theyd be able to tell better if someone is staff or not.
