I think there should be...

1. A staff list. A sign with their in-game name and their staff rank with a player head above. /warp staff.
2. More donator ranks. Example: TNT Rank. Access to some swaggy raiding tools.
3. A [Friend] rank. For players that were staff but quit because they could no longer be staff.
4. A Builder Team. People hired will build spawns, maps and minigames.
5. A 1:1 Trading system at spawn. Two people exchange items (like villagers).

1. There is a staff list on the forums and you can also do /list to see the current staff online as well. There is also admin statues.

2. This is something we are looking into, but if you donate to gold you have access to /kit raid.

3. There is a friendlist. A rank of "Friend" would be useless.

4. Builder ranks are not needed at this given moment.
