Hello there. I recently renewed my emerald donor and the cubetokens that are meant to come with it didn't. I'm not sure what went wrong with the purchase (everything else went well) but could you look further into this? Thanks.

I talked with Siggi and found out how renewals don't get CT.
They did on old cb, so I thought they would now.
