This already happened to me twice, it appears after a bugged teleportation.
This place also restrict all commands except for /spawn.

Ive also ended up in a weird place kind of like that when I do /quit in creative, I am sure it is just a bug but yeah, thought I would share

probably the part of the world that isnt in the creative side but the world the spawn is in

I wouldnt worry about it just type /spawn and go through the correct portal that should correct itself.
