Faction Chat Glitch

Today was weird. First there was a lag spike. Then I could see ally chats and faction chats of factions I wasnt even allied to or in! Its pretty weird and someone fix the lag spikes. Please.

same, even tho i really dont want to be in a faction because im better than fine where i am. i see other peoples faction chats and private text messages randomly in cut off forms. i usually ignore them because ik im not really suppose to be able to see those, glad that im not the ONLY one seeing them,
