Duel wielding, potion arrows were added, so PvP could be hard in 1.9!
Also, there is a new effect levitation.

You do not need to download the snapshot.
Basically create a new profile in the Minecraft Launcher, select "Enable Experimental development versions (snapshots), and change the "Use version" to snapshot 15W31a, and save profile.
youre done!
