Ah okay I respect that, I used to game a lot too. All day to be specific so I kind of understand where your coming from :) ^_^

Yeah this is my usual day:
- Wake up
- Smoke cigarette
- Start gaming/anime
*several hours laters (between 9-30 hours)*
- Go to bed
- Sleep
- Wake up
- Etc.
(Note: I also have smoke breaks while Im gaming (mostly when a game needs to load so I dont lose any actual gaming time) and 1-2 bathroom breaks. -> Im not being healthy xD)
