Off topic posts do not count as your overall post count, it doesnt show up because staff need to regulate who posts about things that co-relate to the game.

For example staff members need to be active on the forums, but for different reasons then players, they need to be helpful, answer questions, reply to report abuse, and become well known and respected in the community. They way higher staff can see this is if they look at the other staff post count. We turned off post count for completely off topic because it is easier to regulate who is contributing to the community the most.

This also answered my question wich basicly was how come sometimes my post count does not go up after I posted. Thanks Live !
