Click on the link, on the BBC (Forums) Url, highlight it, right click on it, then click copy, then go to the website, go to forum profile, go to signature, and right click in the box, then click paste.

Copy The Image URL, Go To Your Sig. Then Type In Then Paste The Url Inside It So It Should Look Like This 
The Link Is An Example URL :) Then It Should Look Like My Sig. Hope Dis Helped
