the list should be pretty obvious looking who does most work/best work:
Best owner: Siggi (he is only owner so...)
Best admin: Jess (Booyah a bit after)
Best mod Drak (he is only mod :P)
Best watcher: Clearly pat
Best staff: Pat or Jess
